Synopsis

가영은 엄마의 오래된 여자친구 선애로부터 엄마의 부고 소식을 듣게 된다. 서로가 낯설고 불편하지만 함께 가족의 장례식을 치르는 두 사람. 장례식, 장지, 그리고 선애의 집을 거치며 가영은 그동안 자신이 몰랐던 엄마에 대해 알게 된다.

Ga-young learns of her mother’s death from Sun-ae, her mother’s longtime partner. Though strangers to each other, Ga-young and Sun-ae are brought together to arrange the funeral. As they go through the funeral rites, Ga-young comes to discover a side of her mother she had never known.
