Synopsis

1996년 서울, 영화필름의 현상 폐수가 하수도로 흘러든다. 그 독성 속에서 깨어난 괴물은 필름에 새겨진 수많은 영화의 기억을 품은 채, 사라진 과거를 안고 도심을 떠돈다. 이 영화는 비상계엄과 대통령 탄핵으로 혼란과 분열이 뒤섞인 2025년 초, 서울 한복판에서 촬영되었다.

Seoul, 1996. Wastewater from developed film reels is dumped into the sewers. From this toxic discharge, a monster awakens, carrying the memories of countless movies imprinted on the film reels. Burdened by a vanished past, the monster wanders the city. The film was shot in the heart of Seoul in early 2025, during a time of chaos and division in the aftermath of martial law and the presidential impeachment.
