Synopsis

Billie, a 20-year-old tomboy just out of jail, learns that her parents are on the verge of losing their home. In a reckless attempt to save her family, she tries to rob a bank, but the plan quickly collapses and she flees with Franny, a pregnant teenager, as her hostage. On the open roads of America, the two confront their wounds and fears. Amid danger and pursuit, their unlikely bond leads them to a choice that could change everything.
